VALUE OF PROFESSIONALISM-MY EXPERIENCE:
Recently, I had a thought of going for renovation of my Flat with cost of 3 lacs. Initially I thought, as my work is very small and repair work only, I have not opted Civil Engineer, even though I know couple of people. While giving their plans, they talked about VASTU and Cost Effectiveness, but some how i am not happy with their plans. With impression: I know better about my place and my needs than these Experience Builders my self started putting lines and satisfied. Reason for satisfaction is: I got additional wash area, which I am expecting to have. Before going to final, I come across my other friend Professional Civil Engineer and asked him to check. He pointed the area which we are going to wast and its cost, by giving the solution to my need (wash are), and explained the importance of VASTU, To my surpise he identified almost 90 ft wastage it costs nearly 2 lacs, which is almost 75% of my spending plan. Then I recollected the importance of PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE, which has saved my cost (may not be forced to spend physically, but under utilisation is also criminal loss).
